What we collect, and why
This site is run by Saifen Drugs (Hong Kong) Limited. It collects as little personal data as a working website can, and this page lists all of it — there is nothing else.

Who is responsible
Saifen Drugs (Hong Kong) Limited, 8th Floor, On Hing Building, 01 On Hing Terrace, Central, Hong Kong, is the data controller for this website. Questions about this policy or your data reach us at amohan@saifendrugs.com.
What we collect
- The enquiry form: your name, email address, message, and — if you choose to give them — a phone number and subject. Sent only when you press send.
- Technical logs: the server records IP addresses and requested pages for security and troubleshooting, as almost every web server does.
- Optional analytics cookies, only if you accept them in the cookie banner — see the cookie policy for exactly what they are.
What we use it for
Enquiry data is used to answer you, and for nothing else. It is stored in the group’s own system, visible to the team your enquiry concerns, and is not sold, rented or shared with anyone outside the group.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation they belong to stays relevant, and reviewed after two years. Server logs rotate automatically. Cookies expire as described in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to amohan@saifendrugs.com. If you are in the European Union, these are your GDPR rights and we honour them for everyone, everywhere, because it is simpler and fairer than checking passports.
Where data lives
The website and its database are hosted on the group’s own server infrastructure. Transfers between your browser and the site are encrypted with TLS.
