What EU-GMP readiness actually takes
Upgrading an OSD facility to EU-GMP is less about new machines and more about proving that every system behaves the same way every time.
EU-GMP is not a certificate you buy with equipment; it is a standard of evidence about how a plant behaves when nobody is watching.
The gap is documentation depth
A WHO-GMP facility already controls its environment, its water and its processes. What the European standard adds is depth of proof: data integrity across every system, media fills and environmental trending reviewed as a living record, and change control that can reconstruct any batch's context years later.
People before machinery
The investments that matter first are training and quality staffing. Machines pass qualification once; people are audited continuously. A facility that lives the standard between audits passes them without theatre.
Why it matters to a distribution group
